etwork) - The Baltimore Ravens have signed tight ends Kris Wilson and Jonathan Stupar. Wilson played in 14 games with the Chargers last year and registered six receptions for 73 yards. Wilson has totaled 52 receptions for 446 yards and five touchdowns with San Diego and Kansas City. Stupar has been in the NFL for two years, both with the Buffalo Bills. In 30 games, the 27-year-old has caught 18 passes for 151 yards. The Ravens also released undrafted rookie defensive backs Eugene Clifford and Michael Ricks.
Bills CB Florence to miss a week with ankle injury NFL Football 08/07/2011

PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills starting cornerback Drayton Florence has a sprained ankle that will keep him out of the team's preseason opener at Chicago next weekend.

Coach Chan Gailey spoke after practice Sunday, saying Florence will miss up to a week. The defensive back was hurt a day earlier when he landed awkwardly while defending a receiver in the end zone.

The eight-year NFL veteran was the Bills' most consistent cornerback last season. He re-signed with the team prior to training camp.

PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills receiver David Nelson missed practice and was being evaluated in Buffalo a day after having difficulty catching his breath during practice.

Coach Chan Gailey says Nelson is feeling better, but doctors still are attempting to determine the cause of his breathing problems. Gailey says it seems the problem has ``calmed down,'' and he expects Nelson to return to practice within the next two days.

PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills receiver Marcus Easley is out indefinitely after hyperextending his surgically repaired left knee.

Easley missed practice on Sunday, a day after he was hurt in the Bills' opening practice of training camp in suburban Rochester. The injury is to the same knee he hurt four days into camp a year ago. Easley had the knee surgically repaired, which led to the fourth-round draft pick missing his entire rookie season.

Limited to just four games last year due to a right wrist injury, he posted just 24 tackles with Green Bay, where he has spent all eight of his NFL seasons. At 6-foot-2, 236 pounds, he was drafted out of Oregon State with the 29th pick of the 2003 draft.
