| Boston, MA (MySportsbook) - Boston Celtics guard Tony Allen underwent successful surgery on his right ankle Wednesday. Allen had an arthroscopic procedure performed to repair the posterior tibial tendon. He is expected to be recovered in time for training camp in the fall. In 46 games this season, Allen averaged 7.8 points with 2.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists. He missed nearly two months after undergoing left thumb surgery in February. |
