| Billings, MT (MySportsbook) - Former Baltimore Orioles pitcher Dave McNally passed away late Sunday at the age of 60 after succumbing to cancer. The three-time All-Star had been battling the disease for years, and died in the town where he was born, the Billings Gazette reported on its Web site. McNally and another pitcher, former Los Angeles Dodger Andy Messersmith, won a landmark legal case in 1975 that challenged baseball's reserve clause, creating free agency.
