NEW ORLEANS (AP) -The Saints deactiviated starting linebacker Scott Fujita for a second straight game as New Orleans prepared to host the Atlanta Falcons on Monday night. Fujita strained his left calf during a victory over the New York Giants in Week 6 and has not practiced since. Troy Evans was slated to start in his place. Also inactive for New Orleans were cornerback Leigh Torrence and running back Lynell Hamilton, who practiced at fullback last week after Heath Evans was placed on injured reserve.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -Sean Payton would welcome a little deja vu. About three years and one month ago, the Saints played one of the most memorable games in franchise history at home on a Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons. It was the Saints' first game in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina and they looked invincible on that emotionally charged night in the Louisiana Superdome, winning handily to stay undefeated and in first place in the NFC South.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press. Dallas came out of its break with a purpose, and it showed in this past Sunday's 37-21 dismantling of the formidable Atlanta Falcons that was easily the Cowboys' most complete and impressive effort of this season. Quarterback Tony Romo, who took plenty of heat for his performance in the losses to the Giants and Broncos, answered his critics by shredding an Atlanta secondary for 3 |

| (MySportsbook) - Though its early and anything can happen, it isn't a stretch to say that this Monday's game versus the New Orleans Saints is a must win for the Atlanta Falcons. The Saints haven't given the Falcons much breathing room in the NFC South race, having gone 6-0 to open up a two-game edge on 4-2 Atlanta, which dropped a tough game to Dallas this past weekend. After winning their first two games after the bye, the Falcons were handed a 37-21 setback by the Cowboys and fell to 1-2 on the road. That |

| (MySportsbook) - The Atlanta Falcons have so far been able to successfully navigate through a challenging stretch of games that followed a bye week. The Dallas Cowboys will be aiming for a similar outcome when the team comes out of its break to host the Falcons this Sunday in a key Week 7 clash between postseason hopefuls. Atlanta is off to a splendid 4-1 start to this season, the franchise's best record after five games since an 11-5 campaign in 2004 that culminated with an appearance in the NFC Championsh |
