ATLANTA (AP) -The Atlanta Falcons listed starting defensive linemen Rod Coleman and John Abraham as inactive players for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. As expected, Steelers Pro Bowl linebacker Joey Porter was held out with a hamstring injury. Porter, who had been listed as doubtful on the last injury report of the week, has missed two straight games with the injury. Porter suffered the injury in practice the week before last Sunday's game against Kansas City. Coleman was held out wi |

| (MySportsbook) - The Pittsburgh Steelers showed last week that they are not ready to relinquish the Lombardi Trophy, and will try to prove that again this Sunday when they visit the Atlanta Falcons. The Steelers opened the season with a victory before sliding into a three-game losing streak. The skid ended last Sunday when Pittsburgh rolled all over visiting Kansas City, pounding out a 45-7 victory at Heinz Field. Most importantly for the Steelers was the strong performance of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger |

ATLANTA (AP) -Maybe the Atlanta Falcons should bring back Dan Reeves as their offensive coordinator. Who knows? That might be what Michael Vick needs to improve his pitiful passing numbers. OK, so there's no chance of the Falcons sending out an SOS. to their venerable ex-coach, now retired and doing the occasional radio gig. But Vick was clearly a more effective passer in his one full season with Reeves running the offense than he is now, six years into his NFL career. It's a rather stunning turn of e |

| Pittsburgh, PA (MySportsbook) - Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Joey Porter is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. Porter injured his hamstring in practice before the game against the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday. Pittsburgh's top backup linebacker, James Harrison, is sidelined with a high ankle sprain. If Porter misses the game, it will be the second game the Steelers will lack Porter and Harrison. In that case, the team would revert back to the combination of Arnold Harrison |

He'll be a reserve receiver and kick returner following a turbulent career as a quarterback at Virginia Tech. ``It's a great opportunity for him,'' said his older brother, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick. ``I really feel like this is going to be the start of something big for him down in Miami. I know what he can do. I know what type of person he is, what type of player he is. He has all the intangibles to be a great leader. |

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) -The Atlanta Falcons' offensive line is quite adept at avoiding the spotlight. Each week, one member from their ranks is designated to talk with the media. Everyone else clams up, supposedly under threat of being fined for gabbing out of turn. Clearly, the last thing this group wants is attention. Well, they couldn't avoid it Wednesday after one of their own, starting guard Matt Lehr, was given a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's steroids policy. While Lehr is hardl |

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) -An already troubled Atlanta Falcons offensive line lost starting guard Matt Lehr on Tuesday to a four-game suspension by the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Lehr is the first Atlanta player to be suspended due to an infraction of the policy since 2002, when cornerback Ray Buchanan drew a four-game suspension after he tested positive for anabolic steroids. Buchanan said a nutritional supplement containing ephedrine, a substance banned by the NFL, made him fa |
