Free agents can't officially sign until later Friday, but the Tampa Tribune cited Koenen's agent as saying it is a six-year deal worth $19.5 million with $6.5 million guaranteed. Koenen spent the past six seasons with the division-rival Atlanta Falcons. He averaged 40.7 yards on 74 punts last season with a 35.6 yard net average.
