Cardinals re-sign punter Graham NFL Football 10/05/2011
Tempe, AZ (MySportsbook) - The Arizona Cardinals have re-signed punter Ben Graham. The Cardinals announced the move Wednesday, also releasing cornerback Korey Lindsey and re-signing him to the practice squad. They released safety Mark LeGree from the practice squad. Graham, 37, was Arizona's punter for two-plus seasons before he was released during final roster cuts on September 2. Dave Zastudil played the first four games for the Cardinals this season, averaging 44.5 yards on 20 punts. The Australian Graham
Arizona making habit of fourth-quarter failure NFL Football 10/03/2011

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - For three straight weeks the Arizona Cardinals have had a chance to win at the end and blown it.

The Cardinals are taking the party line that three defeats by a combined eight points show how close Arizona is to success.

Quarterback Kevin Kolb, a severe self-critic and already the target of no-longer welcoming fans on local radio talk shows, could not succeed on a late drive Sunday against the New York Giants after Arizona blew a 10-point lead with five minutes to play.Copyright ©

Cardinals return home for matchup with surging Giants NFL Football 09/30/2011
(MySportsbook) - After being dealt a pair of close losses on a just-completed road stretch, the Arizona Cardinals return to the friendly confines of University of Phoenix Stadium for Sunday's clash with a surging New York Giants team that's riding high off two consecutive big wins. Arizona got its 2011 campaign off to a fine start, prevailing in a 28-21 home shootout over Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers during Week 1, but let two potential victories slip away in recent visits to Washington and Seattle. since Matt Moore in 2007, and the third Panther overall. Kerrigan, the 16th overall pick out of Purdue, recorded 12 tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and returned an interception for a touchdown for the 2-1 Redskins. His interception came in an opening week victory over the NFC East-rival New York Giants, and his first career sack came against the Arizona Cardinals in a 22-21 win during Week 2. He is the first Redskins rookie to win the honor since safety Chris Horton in 2008, and the fourth in team history.

East Rutherford, NJ (MySportsbook) - Mario Manningham and Osi Umenyiora took limited practiced Wednesday as they prepare for a road game against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Manningham practiced for the first time since suffering a concussion in week two's Monday night game against St. Louis. The 25-year-old fourth year pro has caught seven balls for 105 yards so far this season. Manningham's back up, Victor Cruz, had 110 yards receiving and two touchdowns on three receptions in Sunday's 29-16 win over Ph
Offense stumbles in Cardinals' second road loss Headlines 09/27/2011

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - For the second week in a row, the Arizona Cardinals blew a chance to win late on the road. This time, the offense shoulders the biggest share of the blame.

Coach Ken Whisenhunt called the performance of quarterback Kevin Kolb ``uneven'' in Sunday's 13-10 loss at Seattle.

The Cardinals were driving for a potential game-winning TD or at least a game-tying field goal and were at the Seahawks 36-yard line when Kolb's pass was intercepted by Kam Chancellor at the Seattle 25 with 1:04 to pla

Washington found the victory column in Week 1 against the fellow NFC East member New York Giants before winning its second straight at home to start the year with a come-from-behind 22-21 triumph over the Arizona Cardinals last weekend. Quarterback Rex Grossman led the comeback by hitting Santana Moss for an 18- yard touchdown on 4th-and-3 early in the fourth quarter before engineering a drive that set up Graham Gano's 34-yard field goal with under two minutes left in
